The integrated ACSI EtherNet/IP servo motor / servo controller is a cost-effective solution for the automation of additional motion axes with EtherNet/IP Industrial Ethernet.

The ACSI with integrated servo motor / servo drive offers a space-saving machine design without a drive in a cabinet. The ACSI can be controlled via EtherNet/IP with Add-On Instructions (AOI) and Add-On Profiles (AOP) as an I/O device.  In addition digital I/O (24 V DC) and analog I/O (0-10 V DC or 4-20 mA) are available as decentralized I/O points via EtherNet/IP. Available with linear and rotary operating modes. With integrated configurations for all Tolomatic electric actuators, the integrated ACSI servo motor/actuator/controller quickly and easily generates linear motion in the desired linear units. When ordered with a Tolomatic actuator the ACSI is mounted on the actuator, configured and tested as a system.

Fundamental skills of the ACSI Basic Integrated Servo Motor/Drive/Controller

Operating modes

  • 4 configurable motion commands (absolute, incremental, jog, velocity or home move types) with motion command via digital inputs.
  • Positioning mode via analog input (0-10Vdc or 4-20mA)
  • Analogue output, which shows the position of the actuator
  •  Pneumatic mode replaces pneumatic valve actuation for simple movements
  • Adjustable motion profile parameters. Position, velocity, acceleration, deceleration and force parameters can be configured independently for all movements.
  • Force limitation
  • Zone output based on the position
  • Configurable digital I/O (24Vdc opto-isolated, source or sink)
  • USB configuration port
